The room itself was really lovely, spacious and cool , the bathroom was huge, so we really enjoyed the room. Breakfast was excellent! We had to check out early one morning and the kitchen made us a little breakfast pack to take with us, we were sorry to miss breakfast that morning! Reception staff were all lovely and helpful. The pool was a lovely way to escape the heat. We were walking distance to Cable Beach.

Ten minute walk to Cable Beach and it’s associated restaurants, although there are currently renovations to the seafront taking place between some of the restaurants and the see, due to be completed late 2026. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. If you want to explore the main shopping area you’ll need a taxi, approximately A$25 each way, worth doing to explore the town’s pearling history.

Kimberley Sands is a great resort set in a beautifully kept garden oasis. Our bungalow was set within a garden courtyard and was very spacious and airy. The bed as comfortable and the living area had plenty of room with table and chairs, comfortable couch and functional kitchenette. The breeze-way outdoor area was also large. The pool area was great with comfortable deck couches and plenty of space in the pool. The breakfast area was well catered for with well labelled gluten free food and separate toaster. The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner and the food and service was very good. The reception staff were also very helpful.

The pool area was beautiful and had quite a few lounges and plenty of shade. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the private courtyard as well for a quiet, private rest for a drink or relaxation. The layout of the room was lovely with a sitting area, storage space and fridge, kitchenette space. The toiletries provided were beautiful too. Our booking included breakfast which provided a choice of the continental as well as menu options. The menu options were some of the best we have had in a resort and we would like to commend the chefs as the options available were absolutely delicious. They were creative, fresh, tasty and a perfect size meal. The dining area was also bright and open and very clean. The staff in the dining area were also very attentive and welcoming. The location of the resort was also an easy walk to the Cable Beach area, pubs and restaurants. There was also a Broome Explorer Bus stop just down the road. We loved our stay here.

Breakfast was excellent, pool was nice and a feature of the design of the whole property. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were fantastic; knew what they were doing, enjoyed their work and were 90% Italians on remote area visas. Only one member (the barman on 2 nights) had an attitude problem, he was not one of the Italian group. Our room was great . Good size and design. Only -ve was that lighting design wasn't great . It was impossible to read in bed .

Fabulous sized room with a little private courtyard on the ground floor that you could exit to go to the pool. Breakfast was excellent, with lovely pastries and cooked options too.

the beds and pillows were very comfy, the fridge was very cold and a little larger than normal, we were very happy to be able to get ice from the bar staff for drinks in our room, the bathroom was very large and roomy nice size shower and good water pressure and lovely shower wash/shampoos etc

The staff here were amazing. Thomas who worked in the bar and restaurant was amazing. Our lovely cleaning lady ( so sorry I didn't get your name), was so nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 10.30am on our day of arrival. We were so pleased and received 10 free cocktail vouchers.

Check in was smooth, rooms were very clean and well presented. The grounds and pool very nice. We had a nice quiet time and were very happy with the Kimberley Sands Resort.
